Chocolate on chocolate: moist eggless dark chocolate sponge layered with chocolate cream and loaded with dark chocolate chips, finished with a ganache coating and more chips on top. Rich, crunchy and satisfying, it is a favourite for teenage birthdays, office parties and chocolate-loving dads. Every cake we bake is 100% eggless and pure vegetarian. The 500g cake serves 3-4 people and the 1kg serves 6-8.
