01Orders & Payment
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or other reasons. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before or at the time of delivery. We currently accept cash on delivery, and cash or UPI at the counter; online payment by UPI or card through our payment gateway is offered at checkout when available.
02Delivery
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe. Delivery times may vary based on weather, traffic, and other factors beyond our control. Delivery is available across Delhi within 15 km of our shop, subject to address confirmation. Check your pincode at checkout or contact us for areas not listed. Free delivery is available on all orders within 2 km of our shop in Mahavir Enclave. A delivery charge of ₹50 applies beyond 2 km.
03Product Quality
We take great care in preparing and packaging our products. While we ensure the highest quality, we cannot guarantee that products will be free from defects. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
04Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. After this window, cancellations may not be possible as our products are made fresh to order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.
05Personal Data
We use the details you give us to fulfil your order as described in our Privacy Policy.
06Intellectual Property
