Custom cake FAQs

How far in advance should I order a custom cake?

Please place custom and themed cake orders at least 2 days in advance. For photo cakes, share a high-resolution image at least 48 hours before delivery. Ready-made menu cakes, by contrast, can be delivered the same day with 1 hour’s notice.

Are your custom cakes eggless?

Yes. Every cake we bake is 100% eggless and our kitchen is pure vegetarian, so all custom designs are eggless by default.

Can I order a photo cake or a cake from my own design?

Yes. Upload a reference image or photo in the form above and describe the design, flavour and message you want. We work from your photos or ideas.

What sizes can I order?

Custom cakes start at 500g (serves 3–4) and go up to 1kg, 1.5kg, 2kg, 3kg and 5kg+ for 25 or more guests.

How is the price confirmed?

After you send the form we call you, usually within an hour, to confirm the design, delivery slot and final price. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
