Birthdays in Delhi call for something special. Whether it is a cosy family gathering in an apartment or a full-blown rooftop party in Mahavir Enclave, the cake is the centrepiece. At Mohit Bakery, we have delivered thousands of birthday cakes across West Delhi, and here are the flavours and styles that consistently delight.
Top Picks for Kids
Children gravitate towards familiar, sweet flavours with fun visuals. Chocolate Truffle and Black Forest are perennial favourites. For a more playful look, go with a bento cake — a smaller, individually decorated cake that is perfect for small birthday gatherings and makes for great Instagram photos.
Top Picks for Teens and Young Adults
This crowd loves bold flavours and trending designs. Choco Oreo Cake, Red Velvet and Belgian Dark Chocolate are top choices. Photo cakes with a printed image of their favourite character or band are also a hit — just make sure you provide a high-resolution image at least 48 hours in advance.
Top Picks for Adults
Adults appreciate nuance. A well-made Fresh Fruit Cake, a Rasmalai Cake or an elegant White Forest with Hazelnut hits the right balance between celebration and sophistication. For milestone birthdays (30, 40, 50), consider a custom tiered cake with gold or metallic accents.
Size Guide for Parties
- 3-4 people: 500g cake
- 6-8 people: 1kg cake
- 9-12 people: 1.5kg cake
- 12-16 people: 2kg cake
